Recurring Giving

To edit your recurring donation, click here to go to Donorbox (our donation platform) and log in to your donor account. You can make your donor account when you make your first recurring donation, or by clicking this link, entering your email address, and following the instructions in the email.

Once you've logged in to your account, click on your donation plan to edit it. Near the bottom of the screen, you can click the blue "change" link to update your credit card. You can also use this screen to make other adjustments to your recurring donation.

In addition, if the credit card you're using for your recurring donation is expired, a member of MFT staff can reach out to you to help switch over to your new card.

Just like updating your credit card, to edit your recurring donation, click here to go to Donorbox (our donation platform) and log in to your donor account. You can make your donor account when you make your first recurring donation, or by clicking this link, entering your email address, and following the instructions in the email.

Click on your donation plan to edit it. Under the amount section, click the blue "change" link, and type the new amount. If you made your recurring gift through Paypal, you will instead need to login to your Paypal account and make the changes there.

Click on your donation plan to edit it. At the bottom of the page, there are two buttons. If you'd like to temporarily pause your donation, and rejoin in a few months, click the black "pause" button. If you'd like to cancel your donation, click the red "cancel" button. You're also welcome to reach out directly to Maine Farmland Trust staff, who can assist you with updating your donation.

When you make your first recurring donation, you will receive two emails: one email from Maine Farmland Trust saying "thank you!" and explaining the benefits of your membership, like the maine farms journal; and one email from Donorbox, inviting you to set up your donor account. If you missed this email, or if you forgot your password, you can click this link, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email.

Your donor account allows you to update your payment information, change the amount of your recurring gift, and easily pause, resume or cancel your gift. If you are having any issues with managing your recurring gift, please reach out to us, and we'd be happy to help you make any updates.
