Perham is a small village west and north of Caribou Maine. It is an agricultural and forestry community surrounded by other communities of similar size and make-up. Caribou is the commercial community nearest to Perham, with Presque Isle a bit further away. Presque Isle is a larger, substantial commercial community with a branch of the University of Maine and a smaller community college located there, as well as processing, packaging and shipping concerns (for forestry and agricultural products). There is a farmers market in Presque Isle. USDA offices are located there and there is a major Farm Credit in the town.

This property is comprised of fields and woods. There are no buildings on it. The property has frontage on Blackstone Road in Perham, and lies close to Nutting Road along its east boundary. It has a sugarbush, a brook running through the property, well-stocked woodland and open-field cropland. It sits high along a ridge with 360o views to the mountains, Canada and surrounding farms and forests. The fields have alwasys been as cropland/corn, grains and pastureland.

Priced at $69,500
