When you make your first recurring donation, you will receive a receipt sent from “receipts@mail2.donorbox.org,” with an invitation to set up your donor account at the bottom. If you missed this email, or if you forgot your password, you can click this link, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email.
Your donor account allows you to update your payment information, change the amount of your recurring gift, and easily pause, resume or cancel your gift. If you are having any issues with managing your recurring gift, please reach out to us, and we'd be happy to help you make any updates.
To edit your recurring donation, click here to go to Donorbox (our donation platform) and log in to your donor account. You can make your donor account when you make your first recurring donation, or by clicking this link, entering your email address, and following the instructions in the email.

Click on your donation plan to edit it. Under the amount section, click the blue "change" link, and type the new amount. If you made your recurring gift through Paypal, you will instead need to login to your Paypal account and make the changes there.

Once you've logged in to your account, click on your donation plan for Maine Farmland Trust, and then click on “Recurring Plans” in the menu bar. At the bottom of the page, there are two buttons. If you'd like to temporarily pause your donation and rejoin in a few months, click the black "pause" button. If you'd like to cancel your donation, click the red "cancel" button.
