Schoolhouse Supper at The Hub: Chef Frank Giglio

This pop-up dinner series will bring a rotating cast of Maine chefs and flavors to the heart of Maine’s farming community. Guest chefs will serve casual, farm-forward fare at the Hub, a renovated 1898 grammar school in downtown Unity.
The first dinner will feature Chef Frank Giglio of Three Lily Farm. The dinner will include 3-4 amuse bouches that will be served, followed by a three course meal:
Stinging Nettle Falafel Raita, pickled turnips. mixed greens
Herb roasted Poussin or Lalibela Farm Tempeh, abenaki polenta. early summer vegetables chive oil
Vanilla Pound Cake, anise hyssop, strawberries. rhubarb. ginger crunch
The suppers are $40 and BYOB (bring your own beverage). Water will be served.
