Program Highlights
This year's program feature will be a farmer-led discussion on Farmland & Our Food System. Meet a variety of leaders from the region’s farming community and local food ecosystem for a lively discussion about how farmland is an essential public good at the core of our economic and food security in Maine – and how we work together to protect farmland and strengthen our agricultural infrastructure so that farms, communities, and economies can all thrive.
During the program, we will hold a member vote on changes to Maine Farmland Trust's bylaws and new Board member elections. Prospective Board member biographies and information about the bylaw changes will be available at 9am on August 26th - check back here for a link.
